Backtrack from the daily routine, settle down, live relaxed, take the time to explore yourself and give your body the chance to rest - and all that with losing weight.
Make it like many other people: Take the chance and go fasting. You can almost daily do that - or you decide to make short-term fasting, just a few times a year.
For the first time of fasting you only need some courage and the passion to do something new. You need only silence, love and caring to utilize and enjoy the time. The passion and courage you should bring by yourself, the silence and the caring you will find at our house.
The meaning of fasting:
- Fasting is a natural form of a human being
- Fasting means, that the organism is able to live with inner diet and the own self-control
- Fasting is a lifestyle of independent and free people
- Fasting concerns the whole person, every individual cell, his soul and spirit
- Fasting is the best opportunity, to keep you in form or to bring you back on form
What is fasting not?
- Fasting is not to starve
- Fasting has nothing to do with deprivation and shortage
- Fasting means not: to eat fewer
- Fasting means not: abstinence from meat on friday, this would be only sacrifice
5 rules of fasting
- Eat nothing - for one, two or more weeks, just drink: Tea, vegetable stock, vegetable juice and water - it´s more your thirst requires.
- Omit everything what is not non-essential. All that, whats our habit and only harms the therapy: nicotine and alcohol in every form; sweets and coffee; medication, so far dispensable - but absolutely dehydration tablets, appetite suppressant and lexative.
- Break away from the daily routine: Out of the career and family stress; away from the telephone and diary. Sacrifice of magazines, radio and television. Instead of overstimulation from outside - encounter yourself; instead of being steered from outside - just let only your body govern yourself.
- Behave naturally: Do that, what is good for your body and what your body needs. The fagged should sleep, the untwisted should hike, go in for sports or swim. Do that, what you like - stroll, read, dance, listen to music, just do your hobbies.
- Encourage clearance: Defecate, rinse the nephritic, sweat, breath deeply, take care of your skin and mucosae.
